What do I need to hire a car for self-drive?
A valid Kenyan or international driving licence, a national ID or passport, at least five years of driving experience and a refundable security deposit. We complete a short hire agreement before you take the car.
Do you offer free delivery?
Yes. Delivery and collection anywhere within Nyeri town is free. For locations outside town we quote a small transport fee upfront before you commit.
Is fuel included in the daily rate?
No. Cars are handed over with a set fuel level and should be returned at the same level. Our hybrids average about 22 km per litre, so fuel spend stays low.
How much mileage do I get per day?
Each hire includes 150 km per day of free mileage. Extra kilometres are charged at a small agreed rate, and long-distance trips can be quoted as a flat package.
Can I hire with a driver?
Yes. Experienced drivers are available for weddings, funerals, church trips, corporate travel and airport runs at a small daily addition. The Land Cruiser Prado is chauffeur driven only.
What happens if the car breaks down?
Call or WhatsApp us immediately. Roadside assistance is arranged at our cost for mechanical faults, and where necessary we send a replacement vehicle.
Do you offer weekly or monthly rates?
Yes. Weekly and monthly hires attract a lower daily rate. Send us your dates on WhatsApp and we'll send a written quotation.
